Product Description

Part of the Elephant Brigade collection is the wonderful, happy, elephant Mobile. It has 5 baby elephants spinning around a quilted canopy with stripe trim. Arm covered in stripe bias. Music is Brahms Lullaby.

Buy something else!

First of all, a minor disclaimer- even though I bought this about 6 months ago, it looks like they have made some minor changes: 1) the fabric on the arm looks to be greenish-yellow; the one I have is leopard print. 2) The dragonflies appear to be oriented parallel to the mattress; mine has them hanging from their noses, perpendicular to the mattress (which is less visible from below, where baby is laying). This is definitely an improvement. Apart from that it appears to be the same basic mobile.Why 2 stars? The set itself (with bedding etc) is adorable and very cute, great design! But despite this being an adorable mobile that matches well with the set, I really regret buying this one instead of one of the more nifty ones such as those made by tiny love. The main reason? It winds up. I thought I wouldn't mind, but when baby needs a distraction, it's a HUGE drag to go in again and again to wind it up. It only plays for ~5 minutes. Second, other mobiles have much more interesting stuff to look at. Third, many of the other ones have a musical base which later converts to a musical crib toy, with buttons the kids can push to play tunes. This does not- and I'd really like to have the crib music player.I can't quite bring myself to buy a better one, but I wish I hadn't bought this. Instead, I wish I had boughtTiny Love Sweet Island Dreams Mobile or Fisher Price Rainforest Peek-A-Boo Leaves Musical Mobile

Do not buy - the picture is different than the product!!

I never write reviews complaining about products, but I was so disappointed when this mobile arrived that I couldn't help myself. First off, the mobile is not the same as pictured. As a few other reviewers have mentioned, the fabric on the arm is leopard print, and the dragonflies do not hang perpendicular, but rather by the noses, which in all honesty looks pretty lame. Secondly, the mechanism for attaching the mobile is too small for our crib, so at this point I'm not sure if I'm even going to be able to attach this crappy mobile to our crib. I bought this product because it was the only dragonfly mobile I could find to match our dragonfly theme, but we would have been much better off buying a neutral mobile of better quality.

Not as pictured

This mobile is not as pictured. The base which appears to be green in the photo is actually leopard print and the areas which look yellow and green are actually red. The mobile received in the mail is basically red, blue, and leopard print. There is no way that the mobile pictured is the same model number as the one shipped.
